Graceland Automotive provides written damage estimates at no charge through its certified appraiser, Paul D’Amico. All of our estimates are computer generated and meet the standards of major insurance companies.
The appraisal process includes:
- Examine damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage.
- Estimate parts and labor to repair damage, using our expert knowledge of automotive repair along with standard automotive labor and parts cost software.
- Review cost estimates with insurance company to secure agreement on cost of repairs.
- Evaluate practicality of repair as opposed to payment of market value of vehicle before accident.
